How To Make Tiramisu Cheese Cake




Base / base:
Sponge cake size 20 x 20 cm, cut the rounded

Dough Cream:
- 5 tsp powdered gelatin
- 5 tsp warm water
- 3 tsp instant coffee powder
- 30 ml rum / liqueur
- 500 g Daub lecream / heavy cream
- 600 g cream cheese
- 130 g powdered sugar

Garnishes:
- 1 tablespoon powdered coffee / chocolate
- Chocolate chips to taste
- 100 gr buttercream / whipped cream

How to Make:
1. Mix gelatin with hot water, the team over a pan of warm water until the gelatin dissolves. Add instant coffee rum / liqueur. Stir well and set aside.

2. Put the double cream in a bowl, place on top of a bowl filled with ice cubes. Whisk the cream until stiff fluffy. Set aside.

3. Separate place, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Mix the cream cheese mixture into the batter double cream and stir with a plastic spatula. Add a solution of gelatin and coffee, stir again.
