    Maki sushi is a roll of fish/sea food with rice wrapped in nori (seaweed). Two variations of the maki sushi are: Futomaki - "fat maki", the bigger form of this type usually made with two or more different fillings.     Inside out sushi ( Uramaki ) is similar to "maki sushi", except that the rice is on the outside of the nori, and it is usually prepared with more than two fillings - for example salmon, cucumber and, what seems to be a slice of pineapple.   • Spicy tuna

    Spicy tuna sushi , is a type of sushi, made with a large piece of raw red tuna and avocado or cucumber. What makes the spicy tuna so spicy, is the special spicy sauce added inside the sushi roll, on top of it as hot drops, or on the side.   • Dragon roll

    Dragon roll sushi , is a popular type of sushi shaped like a dragon. The dragon roll is made with tempura fried shrimps, avocado and asparagus on the inside, and fresh fried eel with avocado on the outside.
  • California roll

    California roll , is a very western type of sushi, made with crab sticks and avocado, and usually topped with tobiko. California roll is not made with raw fish, and therefore favored by many sushi fans as "risk free" sushi.
