Why fish oil can prevent the decrease in vision due to age? One component contained in fish oil or docosahexaenoic known more commonly known by the name of DHA is one of the omega-3 fatty acids also have other health benefits.

The second study conducted in a dryness problem of eye syndrome. This symptom occurs when a person's eyes do not have enough fluids can lead to eye scratches on the cornea and loss of vision.
